Refund Policy

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the 14-day period pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products.

The user who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase may send an email, indicating the order number and the user's name, to: info@freekidsmontessori.com

The goods must be returned to the operational headquarters: Freekids Montessori - Via Calnova, 113 Noventa di Piave 30020 (VE)

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and not damaged or used. It is important NOT to write the shipping information directly on the packaging, but to apply an external label, otherwise the refund cannot be processed.

Subject to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will proceed to refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 15 days.

The costs incurred for the return of the goods are the responsibility of the user.

As provided for by Article 56, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site may suspend the refund until the goods are received.

The site will execute the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the user intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT, and account holder necessary for the refund.
